Plytopia Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Plytopia, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Plytopia is a parental control app that helps parents manage their child's screen time. It consists of a parent app installed on the parent's device and optionally a companion app on the child's device. Features include screen time limits, app blocking, quest-based rewards, and optional AI conversation assistance.

3. Accounts

You may sign in using Google Sign-In or create a guest account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Parent accounts are for adults aged 18 or older. Child profiles may only be created and managed by a parent.

4. Parental Consent

By creating a child profile, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and that you consent to the collection of limited information from your child as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Plytopia for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or circumvent the app's security features.
• Interfere with the app's operation or the devices it monitors.
• Use the app to collect data from a device without proper authorization.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Plytopia may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. All payments are processed through the app store (Google Play). Subscription terms, including pricing and renewal, are displayed at the time of purchase and are governed by the app store's terms. You may cancel at any time through your app store account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within Plytopia are the property of PT Gen Kreasi Digital or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Plytopia is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Gen Kreasi Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Plytopia is a tool to assist with screen time management and does not guarantee that all app usage will be detected or blocked.

9. Third-Party Services

Plytopia uses Google Sign-In and Firebase Cloud Messaging as third-party services. These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Plytopia after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
