Plytopia exists to help parents. Our goal is to help families build healthy digital habits through earned screen time, learning activities, and automatic screen-time limits—not to collect data.
We collect only the information needed to provide the features you choose. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your information for advertising.
Information We Collect
- Account information (Google Sign-In account information or a guest account created).
- Child profiles (such as the child's name or nickname).
- Quest progress, rewards, family settings, and screen-time settings.
- Screen-time history and app limit information that you choose to synchronize.
- AI conversations when you use Plytopia's optional AI features.
- Cloud Messaging registration so your device can receive notifications.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide your Plytopia account.
- Synchronize your data across your devices.
- Track quest progress and earned screen time.
- Enforce parent-configured screen-time limits.
- Provide optional AI assistance.
- Deliver push notifications.
Permissions

| Accessibility Service | Detect the foreground app so Plytopia can automatically enforce parent-configured app limits. It is not used to read messages, passwords, emails, or screen content unrelated to this feature. |
| Display over other apps | Show reminders when screen time is almost over. |
| Device Administrator | Optional protection to help prevent children from uninstalling Plytopia or disabling protection without parental permission. |
Accessibility Service: All data accessed through the Accessibility Service stays on your device. It is never sent to our servers or shared with any third party. We do not access screen content, passwords, keystrokes, messages, contacts, files, or media.
Usage Access: App usage statistics (package names, usage duration, active app) are collected via Android's Usage Stats API and sent to our servers so that the parent dashboard can display screen time per app. This data is not used for advertising or analytics.

Where Your Data Is Stored
Plytopia stores your application data on Plytopia's self-hosted servers. AI conversations are stored as part of Plytopia's chat system on Plytopia-managed infrastructure. We do not use third-party analytics or third-party AI providers to process this information.

- Google Sign-In (optional, if you choose Google login).
- Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Plytopia complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We collect limited information from children only with verifiable parental consent. Parents may review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's data at any time by contacting us at hi@questply.com.
Your Choices and Rights
- You can revoke all permissions, understanding that related features may stop working.
- You can delete your Plytopia account. Deleting your account permanently removes your associated content from Plytopia's servers.
- You have the right to access, correct, or request a copy of your personal data held by us.
- You may object to or restrict our processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- You have the right to data portability — you can request your data in a machine-readable format.
- If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
